  • Unused & Undamaged: The product must be in its original condition, with no signs of wear or use.

  • Original Packaging: All tags, accessories, and packaging must be included.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or receipt is required.

2. How to Request a Return

Returning an item is easy. Follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email info@amiconewyork.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization.

  • Wait for Approval: We’ll confirm your return request before you send anything back.

  • Send Your Item: Once approved, return the product in its original condition as instructed.

3. Cancellations & Order Changes

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has started.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Missing or unclear return shipping information may delay the processing of your return.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
